DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Goods can only be shipped to EU countries as standard. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is carried out by DPD, UPS, DHL or a forwarding agent.

If you would like us to ship to another country, please send us an e-mail to maschinenbau@othmerding.de before placing an order and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping options and costs. 

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
